“Art of Assertive Communication” at Kota University

A session on “Art of Assertive Communication” was conducted for students of Commerce & Management Department of Kota University on 22nd May.

This interactive session highlighted the importance of maintaining a balance in relationships through assertive communication.

Through role plays & activities the students understood the essence of speaking in a convincing & assertive manner without hurting the sentiments of others.

They also understood the importance of active listening & speaking in a clear & confident manner.

Around 40 students participated in this session

The head of the Department Mrs. Meenu Maheshwari & Assistant Professor Dr Ashish Asopa were the organisers of this Session.
