“Healing Words” - Effective Communication in Healthcare at University of Kota

A Seminar“ Healing Words” was organised for students of Hospital Management at University of Kota

The seminar focused on the importance of right communication in health care environment.

Highlights of the Program were:

2. ⁠Barriers to Effective Communication

3. ⁠Methods to overcome the barriers

The entire session was conducted through group discussions, brainstorming & role plays. The participants discussed various aspects of communication in the healthcare industry & realised how important it is for professionals to upgrade their communication skills.
